מי אנחנו

Condoz היא פלטפורמה לניהול בניינים ובתי משותפים, המשמשת ועדי בית, מנהלי בניינים, דיירים וספקי שירות. מדיניות זו מסבירה איזה מידע אישי אנו אוספים, כיצד אנו משתמשים בו, עם מי הוא עשוי להיות משותף, ומהן האפשרויות העומדות לרשותך.

השימוש באתר, באפליקציה ובשירותי Condoz, לרבות ההתכתבות עם Condoz בוואטסאפ, כפוף למדיניות זו.

איזה מידע אנו אוספים

בהתאם לאופן שבו אתה משתמש בשירות ולתפקידך בבניין, אנו עשויים לאסוף ולעבד את סוגי המידע הבאים:

  • פרטי זיהוי וקשר: שם, מספר טלפון, וכתובת דוא"ל כאשר היא נמסרת או משמשת להתחברות.
  • פרטי בניין ודירה: הבניין והדירה שאליהם אתה משויך, ותפקידך (למשל בעל דירה, שוכר, חבר ועד, מנהל בניין).
  • הודעות: תוכן הודעות שנשלחות אל Condoz או באמצעותה, ובכלל זה הודעות וואטסאפ, וכן פניות כגון דיווחי תקלות, הזמנות של מתקנים משותפים והודעות לוועד.
  • מידע כספי הקשור לניהול הבניין: חיובים, תשלומים, הוצאות, יתרות וקבצי בנק או גיליונות שמיובאים למערכת.
  • מידע טכני: כתובת IP, סוג מכשיר ודפדפן, חותמות זמן ויומני פעילות לצרכי אבטחה ואמינות.
  • עוגיות (Cookies): עוגיות הנחוצות לשמירת ההתחברות שלך ולזכירת העדפות כגון שפה ותצוגה. איננו משתמשים בעוגיות פרסום.

כיצד המידע מגיע אלינו

  • ממך: כאשר אתה נרשם, מצטרף לבניין, ממלא טפסים או שולח הודעות.
  • מוועד הבית או ממנהל הבניין: למשל העלאת רשימת דיירים, פרטי דירות או קובצי נתונים כספיים.
  • מהודעות וואטסאפ שנשלחות אל Condoz.
  • באופן אוטומטי: מידע טכני הנוצר בעת השימוש בשירות.

למה אנו משתמשים במידע

  • זיהוי דיירים, חברי ועד ומשתמשים מורשים, ואימות הגישה שלהם.
  • הפעלת תהליכי ניהול הבניין, כגון גבייה, הוצאות, דיווחי תקלות והזמנות מתקנים.
  • עיבוד הודעות וואטסאפ והשבה אליהן.
  • שליחת הודעות שירות, ובכלל זה הודעות תבנית בוואטסאפ כגון הזמנות להצטרפות, וכן הודעות בדוא"ל ובמסרון.
  • ניהול רשומות כספיות ורשומות בניין.
  • אבטחת מידע, מניעת הונאה ושימוש לרעה, ושמירה על אמינות השירות.

וואטסאפ ו-Meta

Condoz משתמשת בפלטפורמת WhatsApp Business (Cloud API) המסופקת על ידי Meta. תוכן ההודעות ומספרי הטלפון מעובדים דרך התשתית של WhatsApp ושל Meta, והם כפופים לתנאי השימוש ולמדיניות הפרטיות של WhatsApp ושל Meta, בנוסף למדיניות זו.

באפשרותך להפסיק לשלוח הודעות אל Condoz בכל עת. אם אינך מעוניין לקבל הודעות שאינן חיוניות לתפעול השירות, פנה אלינו בכתובת המופיעה בסעיף "יצירת קשר" ונטפל בבקשה.

מי יכול לראות את המידע בתוך Condoz

הגישה למידע בתוך Condoz מוגבלת למשתמשים מורשים של אותו בניין, בהתאם לתפקידם. חברי ועד ומנהלי בניין רואים מידע ניהולי על הבניין, הדירות והדיירים בהיקף הנדרש לניהולו; דיירים רואים בעיקר מידע על דירתם ועל הבניין שלהם. צוות Condoz ניגש למידע רק במידה הנדרשת לתפעול השירות, לתמיכה ולאבטחה.

ספקי שירות צד שלישי

אנו נעזרים בספקי שירות המעבדים מידע מטעמנו ככל שנדרש להפעלת השירות. הם מתחלקים לקטגוריות הבאות:

  • אחסון ותשתית: Vercel (אפליקציית הווב) ו-Railway (שרת ה-API ומסד הנתונים).
  • מסרים: WhatsApp Business Platform של Meta (וואטסאפ), Twilio (מסרונים) ו-Resend (דוא"ל).
  • תשלומים וחיוב: Stripe, בעבור מנויים למודולים בתשלום.

ספקים אלה רשאים להשתמש במידע רק לצורך מתן השירות שהם מספקים לנו ובהתאם לתנאיהם ולמדיניות הפרטיות שלהם.

יכולות מבוססות בינה מלאכותית

כאשר יכולות העוזר החכם מופעלות, ובכלל זה מענה להודעות וואטסאפ, טקסט ההודעה והמידע הרלוונטי מחשבונך ומהבניין (כגון יתרה או דיווח תקלה) עשויים להישלח לספק בינה מלאכותית חיצוני, OpenAI, לצורך הפקת תשובה. אנו מגדירים את הבקשות כך שהספק לא יישמור את תוכן השיחה.

בעת ייבוא קובץ כספי חדש, תקציר מבני של הקובץ, עם ערכים מוסתרים או מעוגלים, עשוי להישלח לאותו ספק כדי לזהות את מבנה העמודות. הספק אינו מחשב סכומים ואינו משייך תשלומים לדיירים.

אנו לא מוכרים מידע אישי

Condoz אינה מוכרת מידע אישי, ואינה מעבירה אותו לצדדים שלישיים לצורכי שיווק שלהם.

אבטחת מידע

אנו נוקטים אמצעים טכניים וארגוניים סבירים להגנה על המידע, לרבות הרשאות גישה לפי תפקיד ושימוש בעוגיות התחברות מוגנות. עם זאת, אין שיטת אבטחה שאינה ניתנת לפריצה, ולא ניתן להבטיח הגנה מוחלטת.

תקופת שמירת המידע

Who we are

Condoz is a building and condominium management platform used by house committees (ועד בית), building managers, residents and service providers. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who it may be shared with, and the choices available to you.

Your use of the Condoz website, app and services, including communicating with Condoz on WhatsApp, is subject to this policy.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the service and your role in a building, we may collect and process:

  • Identity and contact details: name, phone number, and email address where provided or used to sign in.
  • Building and apartment details: the building and apartment you are associated with and your role (for example owner, tenant, committee member, building manager).
  • Messages: the content of messages sent to or through Condoz, including WhatsApp messages, and submissions such as maintenance reports, amenity bookings and messages to the committee.
  • Financial records related to running the building: charges, payments, expenses, balances, and bank files or spreadsheets imported into the system.
  • Technical information: IP address, device and browser type, timestamps, and activity logs used for security and reliability.
  • Cookies: cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as language and theme. We do not use advertising cookies.

How information reaches us

  • From you: when you register, join a building, complete forms or send messages.
  • From your house committee or building manager: for example an uploaded resident list, apartment details or financial data files.
  • From WhatsApp messages sent to Condoz.
  • Automatically: technical information generated when you use the service.

How we use information

  • To identify residents, committee members and authorized users, and to verify their access.
  • To operate building management workflows such as collections, expenses, maintenance reports and amenity bookings.
  • To process and respond to WhatsApp messages.
  • To send service notifications, including WhatsApp template messages such as invitations to join, as well as email and SMS messages.
  • To manage financial and building records.
  • For security, fraud and abuse prevention, and service reliability.

WhatsApp and Meta

Condoz uses the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) provided by Meta. Message content and phone number information are processed through WhatsApp and Meta infrastructure and are subject to WhatsApp’s and Meta’s own terms and privacy policies, in addition to this policy.

You may stop messaging Condoz at any time. If you do not want to receive messages that are not essential to operating the service, contact us at the address in the "Contact us" section and we will handle your request.

Who can see information inside Condoz

Access to information within Condoz is limited to authorized users of the relevant building, according to their role. Committee members and building managers see management information about the building, its apartments and residents to the extent needed to run it; residents mainly see information about their own apartment and building. Condoz staff access information only as needed to operate, support and secure the service.

Third-party service providers

We use service providers that process information on our behalf where required to operate the service. They fall into these categories:

  • Hosting and infrastructure: Vercel (web application) and Railway (API server and database).
  • Messaging: Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform (WhatsApp), Twilio (SMS) and Resend (email).
  • Payments and billing: Stripe, for subscriptions to paid modules.
  • File storage: Cloudinary, for uploaded files such as expense receipts.
  • AI processing: OpenAI, see the next section.

These providers may use the information only to provide their service to us and in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.

AI-assisted features

Where the AI assistant is enabled, including replies to WhatsApp messages, the message text and relevant account and building information (such as a balance or a maintenance report) may be sent to a third-party AI provider, OpenAI, to generate a response. We configure these requests so that the provider is asked not to store the conversation.

When a new financial file is imported, a structural summary of the file, with masked or rounded values, may be sent to the same provider to identify the column layout. The provider does not compute amounts or assign payments to residents.

We do not sell personal information

Condoz does not sell personal information and does not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including role-based access controls and protected sign-in cookies. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Retention

We keep information only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and for security and operational purposes. After that, it is deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Please note that some building data, such as resident lists and financial records, was uploaded by and is partly controlled by your house committee or building manager. In those cases we may refer you to them or coordinate the request with them. Some records, such as financial records, may also be retained where the law requires.

Children

The service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will be published on this page with its last-updated date shown at the top. We will notify you of material changes in a reasonable manner.
