חשבונות וגישה

• יש למסור מידע מדויק ועדכני ולהשאיר אותו מעודכן.
• יש לשמור על פרטי ההתחברות ועל מספר הטלפון המקושר לחשבון. אתה אחראי לפעילות המתבצעת בחשבונך.
• חברי ועד הבית ומנהלי הבניין אחראים לכך שיש להם הזכות להעלות ל-Condoz נתוני דיירים ונתונים כספיים שהם מוסיפים, ולדיוקם.

שימוש מותר

אתה מסכים שלא:

• להשתמש בשירות למטרה בלתי חוקית או תוך פגיעה בזכויות של אחרים;
• לשלוח דואר זבל או הודעות פוגעניות, מטרידות או מטעות, לרבות בוואטסאפ;
• לנסות לגשת לנתונים של בניינים או משתמשים שאינך מורשה לגשת אליהם;
• להפריע לשירות או לשבש אותו, או לבצע בדיקות אבטחה כנגדו ללא אישור מראש ובכתב;
• לאסוף, להעתיק או לשאוב נתונים מהשירות באמצעים אוטומטיים.

מידע בניין ומידע כספי

Condoz הוא כלי שנועד לסייע בארגון ניהול הבניין. הרשומות, היתרות והחישובים המוצגים בו תלויים בנתונים שהוזנו או יובאו על ידי הבניין, ועלולים להיות חלקיים או לכלול טעויות.

Condoz אינו רואה חשבון, עורך דין או יועץ פיננסי, ושום דבר בשירות אינו מהווה ייעוץ מקצועי. ועד הבית נשאר אחראי לענייניו הכספיים של הבניין ולהחלטותיו. מומלץ לוודא נתונים חשובים לפני הסתמכות עליהם.

תקשורת בוואטסאפ

חלק מתכונות Condoz ניתנות באמצעות WhatsApp Business Platform של Meta. ההודעות כפופות גם לתנאים ולמדיניות של וואטסאפ.

ייתכן שתקבל הודעות שירות והזמנות שוועד הבית או מנהל הבניין שלך יזמו באמצעות Condoz, למשל הזמנה להצטרף לבניין. להפסקת קבלת הודעות ניתן לפנות אלינו בפרטים שלהלן.

במקום שבו מופעלת תכונת מענה בסיוע בינה מלאכותית, התשובות נוצרות אוטומטית ועלולות להיות לא מדויקות או חלקיות. אין להסתמך עליהן לצורך החלטות חשובות.

מודולים בתשלום

חלק מהתכונות עשויות להיות מוצעות כמודולים בתשלום. במקרה כזה התשלום מעובד על ידי ספק סליקה חיצוני (Stripe), ותנאי המודול או התוכנית הספציפיים יוצגו לך לפני ההרשמה.

שירותי צד שלישי

זמינות השירות

About Condoz and these terms

Condoz is a building and condominium management service used by house committees (ועד בית), building managers, residents and service providers. Condoz is operated by the operator of Condoz ("we", "us").

By registering for, accessing or using the Condoz website, app or services, including communicating with Condoz on WhatsApp, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Accounts and access

• Provide accurate and current information, and keep it up to date.
• Keep your sign-in credentials and the phone number linked to your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• House committee members and building managers are responsible for having the right to upload any resident or financial data they add to Condoz, and for its accuracy.
• Residents are responsible for the information they provide about themselves.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of anyone’s rights;
• send spam or abusive, harassing or misleading messages, including through WhatsApp;
• attempt to access data of buildings or users you are not authorized to access;
• interfere with or disrupt the service, or run security tests against it without our written permission;
• scrape, copy or harvest data from the service by automated means.

Building and financial information

Condoz is a tool that helps organize building management. The records, balances and calculations it displays depend on the data entered or imported by the building, and may be incomplete or contain errors.

Condoz is not an accountant, lawyer or financial adviser, and nothing in the service is professional advice. The house committee remains responsible for the building’s finances and decisions. Please verify important figures before relying on them.

WhatsApp communications

Some Condoz features are delivered through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform. Messages are also subject to WhatsApp’s own terms and policies.

You may receive service messages and invitations that your building’s house committee or manager initiated through Condoz, for example an invitation to join the building. To stop receiving messages, contact us using the details below.

Where an AI-assisted reply feature is enabled, replies are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Please do not rely on them for important decisions.

Paid modules

Some features may be offered as paid modules. Where that is the case, payment is processed by a third-party payment provider (Stripe), and the terms of the specific module or plan will be presented to you before you subscribe.

Third-party services

Condoz relies on third-party providers, such as hosting, messaging, email, payment, file storage and AI services. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their availability or practices. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Service availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and may perform maintenance, at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Intellectual property

The Condoz service, including its software, design and branding, belongs to its operator or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these terms. You keep your rights in the content you submit, and you allow us to process it as needed to provide the service.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access to the service, in whole or in part, if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached or the service or other users are at risk. You may stop using the service at any time and may ask us to delete your data as described in our data deletion instructions.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, for loss of profits or data, for inaccuracies in data entered or imported by others, or for outages or failures of third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
